Humour, Poems and Yarns from the Pen of a Complete Novice.
Hi Windsmoke,I can just picture all those penquins jumping into the water after a small school of fish. :)
Penguins are so incredibly graceful in the water, and such klutzes on the land.
Good stuff! In the mood again to rewatch Happy Feet.
Good one. [Think I'll just go up the thermostat on the heater.]
Great one, this!
Hello, Windsmoke. I am intrigued by your blog, and I've left a little award over on my blog. Hopeing it's not too much trouble...
G' Day MAGS: That's the image i was hoping for :-).G' Day THE ELEPHANTS CHILD: Penguins fly underwater just like birds do in the sky :-).G' Day BEACH, FRUIT CAKE, DAVE & JOANNE: Thanks for saying so its much appreciated :-).
Just lately my vinyl flooring has been feeling a little icy tundra-ish, time to get out the fluffy socks and slippers.
I love it!
G' Day RIVER: Yep, its starting to get a bit chilly billy first thing in the morning now that Autumn is upon us and winter just around the corner :-).G' Day MOMTO8: Thank you its much appreciated :-).
I see them Windsmoke, wobbling towards the water, I just hope they find tasty snacks before something eats THEM as a tasty snack!!
Such a pity they can't have a nice hot snack!Must be awful having only cold food to eat in those freezing temperatures :(
G' Day GRACE: Yep, its a case of the quick and the dead :-).G' Day YGRAINE: I reckon a hot snack would probably do them more harm than good, but its a Bonza thought all the same :-)
so beautifully written. two thumbs up.
G' Day LIFE RAMBLINGS: Thanks for saying so its much appreciated indeed :-).
Haha! This one made me laugh - that's an excellent way to describe how penguins walk!!!
G' Day RED: Its definitely a word not used to often :-).
