Fair Dinkum Haiku 03: Scarecrow.


Clothes stuffed with old straw.
Scarecrow hangs on wooden cross.
Hungry crows afraid.

Your aussie crows are not afraid of anything. There are so many on the Gold Coast.

Thanks for your kind comments about our mine. Pity the machines that could flush the poisonous gas did not arrive in time.

G' Day WIND, I like the alternative Haiku specially "Winter Winds Blow" it's where nature takes over and scares away the Crows instead.
