Perched On The Dunny Pondering.

Every now and then in our life we've all been Perched On The Dunny Pondering. For That reason here are a handfull of odds and ends to ponder over.

If Barbie is so popular, why do we have to buy her friends?.

We all know nothing sticks to Teflon, so how does Teflon stick to the fry pan?.

Why can't we shoot tourists when its tourist season?.

What do ya call a male Ladybird?.

Why are there locks on shop doors that are open 24/7, 365 days of the year?.

When you decamp from the dunny with your replies please don't forget to flush and wash ya hands!.

Until next time jolly pondering.

No locks reminds of a Toorak Road florist who was open twenty four hours a day and to make sure he stayed open, he had the front window and door removed. He lasted about a year before the window and the door went back in.

Nothing sticks to Teflon, but everything will stick to a frypan.
Tourist season seems to be all year round these days, with cheap air fares etc.

Not just Barbie's friends, but their clothes, cars and everything else. Good thing they are dumb or we'd have to pay for their education, too.

Where I live everything sticks to Teflon except the pan. You just don't know how to treat the stuff.

We do. It's just not well publicised, because tourists are not close to extinction.

John.

Nobody's knocked them off yet.

Hi Windsmoke, The scientific name for ladybird is "Coccinella magnifica", which sounds much better fitting for a male! Cheers, Mal.

Hahaha! After reading the other comments, the only conclusion I can come to is that we all need a slice of 'FruitCake' while we're pondering the mysteries of life!!!

That would solve certain issues on the South Carolina coast.

G' Day ANDREW: I wouldn't be surprised if he was held up and had stock stolen during that year.

G' Day RIVER: Not only does everything stick to the frypan but burns as well.

G' Day FRUIT CAKE: Those are all Bonza replies, best yet.

G' Day BANANAZ: Ladbird could work really well.

G' Day MAL: The name is certainly a mouthfull.

G' Day RED: Eating a slice of Fruit Cake while Perched On The Dunny Pondering?, Yuk!.

G' Day GRACE: Sometimes tourists can be annoying.

G' Day BEACH BUM: I'd say that would be a very last resort born out of desperation.
