Fair Dinkum Haiku 0112: Beginning.

In the Beginning.
In a world devoid of light.
There was only night.

I'll be resting Fair Dinkum Haiku for now.
Instead join me next Thursday Morning for Perched On The Dunny Pondering, see ya then.

Hi Windsmoke,
A very deep haiku, very well written, I love it.

You certainly have a gift for words, Windsmoke. Your Haiku sets an eerie scene, but with the expectation that something is about to happen to change the nothingness. (After all, it is the "beginning".)

Thanks Windsmoke. I will miss your haikus and hope that at some stage they will return. In the meantime I am looking forward to your profound ponderings.

That's a pretty 'deep' ending Windsmoke, looking forward to some classic 'dunny' tales!!

Hmm, eternal night.
I guess it could have it's advantages.
At least vampires would be happy!!
